Nominations

The Lay Leadership Committee is directly accountable to the Church Council. It is charged with becoming familiar with as many persons in the congregation as possible, so they may work cooperatively with work areas and others to prepare job descriptions that are responsive to the needs of the organizational style of the church.

As representatives of the congregation of KUMC, the committee is entrusted with selecting the most effective and appropriate leadership required to implement the ministries of the church. Members are required to maintain strict confidentiality.

This is an awesome task and extremely vital to the growth and development of the church. It should be entered into prayerfully and with much consideration.
